Asia Argento and Ashton Whitty
Ashton Blaise Whitty is an American actress, born in Berkeley on October 1, 1995. She is an acclaimed actress who was in Choices (2010). The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2006,) and Chrissie Mayr's Content House.
Asia Argento was raised in Rome by a filmmaker as well as an actor family. The two professions she chose to pursue were herself. When she was nine the actress made her film debut in the role of Sergio Citti in Sogni e bisogni. The year 1988 saw her was the main part in Cristina Comencini's debut motion picture Zoo (1988) in addition to in addition to being a part of Michele Soavi's ensemble for The Church (1989). In 1989, she portrayed Nanni Moretti's daughter as the Red Wood Pigeon. (Also directed by Moretti). She played Arianna in Carlo Verdone's Perdiamoci di vista, a role in which she was so intricate that she earned the David di Donatello Award for best actress. Patrice Chereau directed Queen Margot for which she also played an important role. In 1995, she acted alongside Michel Piccoli in Peter Del Monte's Traveling Companion , which again won her a David di Donatello and the Grolla oro. Asia began directing short films in 1994. Two of them were made: Prospettive In 1996, she directed a document about her father; and Abel/Asia from 1998. Both focused on the cult film director Abel Ferrara. This latter was recognized by the Rome Film Festival. In 1999, Asia was the first to direct a feature film by directing Scarlet Diva (2000), where she played the leading actress and author of the screenplay. The film came out on the 20th of May the 20th of May, 2000 in Italy as well as around the globe. It was awarded a special award by the Williamsburg Film festival in Brooklyn. Anna Lou was her first born daughter in 2001. After the directing of several music videos she had Anna Lou. She was in 2002 on the screen as The Red Siren by Olivier Megaton alongside Jean-Marc Bar and in the action thriller directed by Rob Cohen, with Vin Diesel. Asia has also been the writer of a number of stories that have been published in a variety of prestigious magazines
